Inside The Saint in St. Helena, the historic bank vault opens into an intimate space where just 10 guests gather around a single table, each with their own fully equipped cocktail station.

This isn't a demonstration. You'll be making the cocktails.

Over two hours, you'll create a progression of original cocktails while exploring the techniques and sensory details that transform a drink—from balance and flavor to aroma, texture and presentation.

These aren't basic cocktails or recipes pulled from a standard menu. Each is an original composition designed to introduce something unexpected: an unusual ingredient, a surprising pairing, an aromatic element, a change in texture, or a technique you may not have experienced before.
